Right of Withdrawal Information
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, they generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us
NGS UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or e-mail, to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The withdrawal can also be declared via the withdrawal function provided on our website or via the withdrawal button available there.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract was received by us.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. No fees will be charged to you for this refund.
If you have requested that the service be commenced during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of services if NGS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has fully provided the service and only commenced the provision of the service after the customer has expressly consented and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by NGS UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
This applies in particular to special services such as domain registrations, domain transfers, domain renewals, SSL certificates, individually configured servers, individually configured hosting packages, software installations and other services that are individually set up at the customer's express request or are binding triggered with third parties.
In the case of domain registrations, domain transfers and domain renewals, the customer is aware that these services, after execution, as a rule can no longer be reversed unilaterally because they are binding triggered with the respective registration office, the registrar or another third-party provider.
To the extent that the customer expressly confirms during the ordering process that execution of the requested service should commence before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the following declaration applies:
The aforementioned confirmation must be actively issued by the customer before the commencement of execution of the respective service. Without this express consent, NGS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) will generally not commence execution of withdrawal-relevant services until after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
The sample withdrawal form provided on our website can be used to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, the use of the form is not mandatory.
